About the Pilot

We're launching a 3-month Pilot Program to validate the Lobang platform—Malaysia's first referral-first job matching ecosystem.

This pilot will test our end-to-end matching flow—from employer job postings, to referrals, to candidate applications—so we can fine-tune the experience before scaling nationwide.

Duration: Nov'25 - Jan'26 (Tentative)

Targets:

  • 100 SMEs onboarded as employers
  • 1,000 job postings created
  • 2,000 undergraduates & gig workers testing job applications & referral flows

Terms & Conditions (Pilot Program)

1.
Eligibility - Open to SMEs, employers, undergraduates, gig workers, and individual referrers based in Malaysia. Participation is voluntary and non-binding. For Malaysians only.
2.
Duration - The pilot runs for 3 months from the official onboarding date.
3.
Cost - No participation fees. Job postings and applications are free during the pilot.
4.
Usage of Data - Data collected will be used only for platform improvement, research, and reporting. No personal data will be sold or shared outside Lobang.
5.
Confidentiality - Pilot participants agree not to disclose proprietary features or insights without permission.
6.
Job Postings & Applications - All job postings must comply with Malaysian employment laws. Lobang reserves the right to remove postings that are misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful.
7.
Referral Incentives - Referral recognition and pilot tokens are non-monetary and experimental; they do not represent guaranteed future rewards.
8.
Termination - Lobang may suspend or terminate pilot participation if terms are breached.
9.
Disclaimer - This pilot is for testing purposes only; features, incentives, and matching flows may change during or after the program.
